Working scaffold

A Bootstrap-based design system for Home Energy Scotland digital services.

Use familiar components consistently

The HES Design System brings together guidance, foundations and reusable interface patterns. It favours native Bootstrap classes and utilities, with targeted HES extensions where they are needed.

Current scope: This private site is an initial documentation and build experiment, not an approved design-system release. The compiled stylesheet currently contains the Bootstrap baseline; HES token-based styling will be introduced after canonical mappings are adopted.
